Cliff has 20 years of experience in the home-services industry and joins SPS Pool Care from Terminix, a $2.1 billion revenue public company, where he led Sales Operations – commercial and residential – driving a team of more than 400 sales leaders professionals across the mid and southwest markets. Over the course of a 20-year career with Terminix – starting as a supervisor in the contact centers where he spent time understanding inside sales and the value of customer service – Cliff held numerous leadership positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately securing the role of Market Sales Director.
Cliff is a graduate of the Lambuth University and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
