repair operations of Green & Clean, a full-service residential and commercial pool,
landscaping and cleaning company serving Southwest Florida. Green & Cleans’ pool
maintenance and repair operations represents the 16th acquisition for SPS PoolCare in
the Florida market, and is the company’s 101st investment in the pool industry – as it
continues to partner with top pool companies across the Sun Belt.
