Our new pool was completed on 4-7 and Mario Were has been doing a great job in cleaning the pool on a weekly basis. On a recent visit he noticed the water flow was not what it should be, so he said let me talk to my boss. Angelo called me and on Friday morning, and he came out and determined the filter is dirty from new construction, and it needs to be replaced. Not having a new filter, we figured we would be fine for the weekend. This was not the case as the pool turned green. We were planning a party this weekend, so I spoke and texted Angelo regarding my problem. He went to action and found a new filter and said he would stop by before he went home on Friday Night. Great Service!!!! Angelo fixed the problem and educated me on how the pool works and the different valves. Thanks again all!
