- Skim the top of pool surface for debris as needed
- Leaf-net or vacuum pool bottom to remove dirt, leaves, and debris as needed
- Priority service for repair over non-premium customers
- Filter cleans are included with the service, as described in the service terms***
- Salt Cell Cleans for salt-water pools are included with the service, as described in the service terms (if done with filter clean).

* Basic chemicals are included to make minor adjustments for the control of Chlorine, PH, Alkalinity, and DE Powder as needed. Salt, Algaecides and Specialty Chemicals are available as needed for an additional charge.
** Backwashing of D.E. Filters includes D.E. Powder as prescribed by the filter manufacturer, but periodic filter cleaning is not included. Filter cleans are not included with service unless specified and filters on ancillary systems, such as basins, water features and spas, are not cleaned on-route and will require separate scheduling and billing.
*** Complete service includes three Multi-Cartridge or two D.E. filter cleans per year, on the main filtration system only. No refunds if service is terminated during that period. Must be on service 90 days before receiving the first clean. Additional Cleanings, Grids, Cartridges, or other parts needed will incur additional fees. Salt Cell Cleans are included for salt-water pools, with included filter cleans only.
