** Backwashing of D.E. Filters includes D.E. Powder as prescribed by the filter manufacturer, but periodic filter cleaning is not included. Filter cleans are not included with service unless specified and filters on ancillary systems, such as basins, water features and spas, are not cleaned on-route and will require separate scheduling and billing.
*** Complete service includes three Multi-Cartridge or two D.E. filter cleans per year, on the main filtration system only. No refunds if service is terminated during that period.
